Refunds

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing photo evidence via info@mikecrawat.com of any defects so we can assist you further.

Prints are custom made on a per order basis. We can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. If a product (more specifically a fine art print) is faulty, we would be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund within a 14 day period of delivery. 

Goods that are exempt from being refunded include downloadable software products, presets. Although presets are unable to be refunded, your purchase will never expire and you can re-download them at any time.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
